Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Laboratory is part of the School of Psychology at University of Sydney.

Overview

The work in our laboratory focuses on combining visual psychophysics and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). TMS is a non-invasive brain stimulation technique using an electromagnetic coil placed on the scalp. We also use a 3D neuronavigation system which is guided by MRI and fMRI data for accurate stimulation of a target brain area.
