I
completed my honours year in 2003, looking at the
expression of c-fos in ecstasy treated rats exposed
to high ambient temperatures.
I have also been involved in research examining the
effects of cat odour on rat behaviour and neural activation.
I have worked in conjunction with Dr Perminder Sachdev
at UNSW and POW hospital,
looking at anxiety models and immunohistochemistry
in rats treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation.
I
am currently working on the beer model of alcohol craving,
examining the effects of various "anti-craving" drugs. |
