Instructions for the auto-associator memory tutorial
The instructions above are to be followed after you have started up Simbrain.
Certains steps of the instructions tell you to open neural network files from within Simbrain.
For this to work, because of issues with the file paths, you must have Simbrain.jar in a particular place relative to the neural network files. To make this all easy, I have packaged all the files together as a zip archive:
neuralnets_tute_standalone_forWeb.zip
After double-clicking to uncompress the zip archive:
run SimBrain.jar within the resulting folder, or
download the latest version of SimBrain and put it in the neuralnets_tute_standalone_forWeb folder before running it.
