Robert Bárány Medal Awarded

Congratulations to Emeritus Professor Ian Curthoys who has been awarded the prestigious Robert Bárány Medal. The Bárány Society is an international specialist society for vestibular research and the medal is "awarded by the Medical Faculty of Uppsala University to the scientist who, during the preceding five-year period is deemed to have published the most valuable work on the vestibular system in its widest sense.” 

The medal will be presented to Prof Curthoys at the Bárány Conference in Uppsala, Sweden on June 11, 2012.
