School of Psychology - Helpdesk Information

 

After a successful transition to ICT shared services in 2017, the Psychology Helpdesk is now closed.

The psych_tech@sydney.edu.au email address will no longer be in use. 

 

Information technology, audio visual and phones

All helpdesk support, such as computer, network and printer problems, as well as software enquiries can be resolved by logging a job via the ICT self-service portal. It is recommended you phone 9351 6000 (x16000) for urgent requests.

Ask ICT is an FAQ database containing answers to some of the questions most frequently asked by University staff. It currently contains answers for the most common queries ICT receives.
