What happens at ERIC
ERIC is a working group that brings together researchers and community organisations with an interest in the emotional development of infants and children. Our primary goal is conducting research that advances understanding of emotional wellbeing in early childhood and provides a platform for positive interventions, in cases where young children’s wellbeing is compromised. To achieve this goal we bring together experts from various fields of children’s development both within Australia and internationally. We are also committed to providing high quality resources for service providers such as Community Health Nurses – and families. ERIC does not offer clinical services but there is an excellent clinic with the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney.
There are a variety of on-going research projects which are described in these pages. If you would like to participate in a study, follow this link.
