Below I set forth the various administrative duties I have for 1999.
Test Library Custodian (TLC)
I am the Psychology Department's TLC (please no Elvis jokes!) I aim
to both modernize and make the Test Library more efficient over the long-term.
A status report, and series of strategies
and recommendations I have made to HoD regarding this important teaching
and research facility are now released. As part of its upgrade and development,
current contents of the Psychological
Test Library are now online.
Web Page Adviser
Along with Dr Cyril Latimer, I am currently redesigning the Psychology
Department's WWW site. This project is likely to take some time. I
welcome comments and suggestions for the new Psychology Department's site.

In my capacity as Academic Assisting Dr Soames Job on the Research Committee,

Publicity and Marketing Sub-Committee
Along with Dr Rick van der Zwan and Dr Iain McGregor, I am looking into
means of raising the public profile of the Department so as to procure
SPIRT grants, business partnerships, and the like.
Head of Department
Advisory Committee (HODAC)
I have recently been appointed to this special committee which advises
the Head of Department on administrative, professional, and research matters.
