Welcome to The University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association

The University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association (USCMA) is an association of individuals who are interested in coaching and coaching psychology, and who have completed (or are currently enrolled in) coaching programs taught by the Coaching Psychology Unit. USCMA provides a forum for socialising and networking among students and professionals who have a interest and passion for coaching.

The primary aim of the association is to support the development of professional, evidenced-based coaching by providing members with high quality professional development and networking opportunities.
