As both the Honours class and grade are used in our selection criteria to assess and rank students, you are asked to provide the following wherever possible, to determine your overall Honours grade:
- Letter from your fourth year equivalent Honours Coordinator stating your Honours class and grade (ie. 2.1, 75%)
- Your academic transcript and University grading system, outlining individual results achieved for each unit of study in the fourth year equivalent, along with your fourth year Honours weighting scheme at your University, in order to calculate an overall total for the fourth year equivalent. For example at the University of Sydney: Empirical Thesis (50%); Theoretical Thesis or Special Fields Coursework (30%); Coursework (30%) including Research Methods (15%) and Ethics and Professional Issues (5%).

Please record the name, phone number and email address of your Honours Coordinator so that we may verify your Honours results once they are available. Provide consent to your fourth year coordinator to release informal Honours results to the University of Sydney for the purposes of application. Once you have received written confirmation of your results please upload the results notice.

Applicants currently enrolled in Honours are to upload their academic transcript providing evidence of enrolment in Semester 1 and Semester 2. Applicants are to complete the supplementary form under "Fourth Year Coordinator" with the name, institution, email and phone number for their Fourth Year Course Coordinator. Applicants are then asked to provide to their fourth year coordinator with a written consent to release informal results to the University of Sydney for the purposes of application to the MCP program. The Clinical Psychology Unit then contacts your Fourth Year Coordinator individually, requesting your informal Honours results immediately following their Examiners' Meeting. Most Universities hold their Honours Examiners' Meeting mid to late November, based on this information we are able to consider currently enrolled Honours students for interview. If successful, currently enrolled Honours students are issued with a conditional offer, subject to providing directly to the Admissions Office, an updated official transcript with the final Honours result.
