Please note:

1. All Honours applicants, including BPsych students, must complete and submit the School of Psychology Online Application Form and the Online Empirical Research Preference Form, by Monday, 27 October 2008.

2. Faculty of Science application forms ONLY must be stamped by the School of Psychology. This means that all Faculty of Science application forms must be submitted in person initially to the School of Psychology office (Brennan MacCallum room 325) together with a printed copy of the confirmation email (from the School of Psychology Online Honours Application Form). Faculty application forms will not be stamped until a School of Psychology Honours Application Form has been submitted. For applicants who are unable to submit the forms in person, both the Faculty application form and a printed copy of the confirmation email should be sent to the School of Psychology office. The stamped Faculty form will be forwarded to the Faculty of Science.
